Receipts Options and Saving
Receipt Options:
Message |
Click on the button next to the “Message” button to open a notepad where you can enter additional information regarding the receipt. |
Save |
Click on the “Save” button to save the receipt. Save as Draft: Will save the receipt in draft format. In draft format you still have the option to edit a receipt. The receipt will appear in the relevant accounts in pink and provisional allocation can be made to this receipt. Save as Closed: Will save the receipt and will prevent further editing. The receipt will then be posted to the relevant account selected and allocations can be made to the receipt.

The receipt will appear in the relevant accounts in pink and provisional allocation can be made to this receipt. Save as Banked, Confirmed: Will save the receipt and will prevent further editing. The receipt will then be posted to the relevant accounts and a corresponding Cashbook entry (Deposit) will be created in the Cashbook. |
Load |
Load – All – The system refreshes and loads all “Open Items” Load – Filter – Open Item Filters, here you can specify dates, type of documents etc. to load for the bigger accounts |
Allocate |
Refer to the “Allocating monies received to the Receipts” |
Clear |
Clear all allocations within this receipt. |

Printing of the receipt. |
Close |
Closing/Ignoring the current receipt. Any changes will be discarded and the receipt will become available for capture. |
