When building a query, the ‘look for text’ function is the quickest and easiest way to search for a field. By clicking on the magnifying glass, this allows you to type in text that you’re searching for (e.g ref, name, amount, date or number) and the field names containing that text will be displayed.
Simply use the ‘delete‘ button to select or deselect desired fields.
