Journal document passwords/security
Winmain has user definable access security per journal entry. This can be used to restrict access to sensitive journals and is applied when trying to open, print or copy a journal.
Above the save menu button 
When viewing journal line items, any lines with a user level higher than the current user will be displayed in purple with blank details and amounts, this applies to any lines that have been password protected.
In queries, protected lines will be ignored – CHECK!!
