Did you know?
In the new version of Car Hire, you can stipulate which fields may be edited when reopening a voucher that’s been saved as a “Hold“.
To activate, log in as Sup – [Set up] – [System] – [Application set up Options] – Double click on [Voucher Capture settings] – and select “Hold Voucher fields that can be edited”.
Choose which fields should be editable and Save.
The fields with the green circles indicate that the field can be edited and the red indicates those that are not editable.
Note to Managers – all setup menus should be password protected.
