We hereby wish to advise that we have successfully launched an API that will allow users to use the SMS Functionality.
After thorough evaluation and consideration of various alternatives, we are pleased to inform you that we have implemented our communication service/ API that will allow us to resume SMS functionality effectively.
Effective 1 August 2023, our SMS service is operational again, and you can use it to send Hotel and Car hire Vouchers.
The Solution
The new solution offers advanced features and a user-friendly interface. The clients can now access their vouchers on their mobile phones. The delivery method ensures message delivery reliability and compliance.
Action Required
To activate the SMS service, you need to create a Twilio account and fund the account. Our sales dept will provide a how-to doc on how to set up and activate the account.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during the period when the SMS service was temporarily unavailable. We believe this new solution will significantly enhance the agency’s communication capabilities and improve overall efficiency.
An excellent addition that will assist with issuing these vouchers would be our WebApp Applications. This will ensure business continuity and enhance consultant’s productivity. Consultants can access Web Applications from various devices, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and even cell phones, as long as they support a modern browser.
