Quicktrav’s Weekly Tip – Did you know about Custom Reporting?

Clients have different reporting requirements. Our reporting capability gives you the flexibility to customise reports to meet your clients’ needs. Quicktrav has several features which allow users to customise your queries/reports.

Below are some tips showing users how to customise queries:


TIP 1 – When creating a query definition / report for clients, you can elect whether or not to
display merged service fees, by clicking on the ‘Customs Options’ button.

NB- Please ensure that the field below is un-ticked to avoid showing merged fees separately.



TIP 2 – QuickTrav allows the user to change the columns headers for custom reporting. The user can edit the heading by double clicking on the document header, inserting the required name in the header field and saving.

NB- Reminder to remove the custom header if not required.
