TeamViewer

Many Agents offer an after-hours emergency support service, which often necessitates the amending or issuing of a voucher etc. We have found a solution called TeamViewer (similar to LogMeIn), which enables the user /consultant to log in to a computer at the Office (that has been left switched on) and basically ‘take over’ that computer.  This will give the user / consultant full access to the QuickTrav functionality that has been setup on the office-based computer.
