Information is captured into transaction batches on a spreadsheet basis.  Becoming familiar with the short-cut keys will result in substantial savings in data capture time.

After Hours Access - LogMeIn

Many Agents offer an after-hours emergency support service, which often necessitates the amending or issuing of a voucher etc. With this in mind, we have found a solution called LogMeIn, which enables the user /consultant to log in to a computer at the Office (that has been left switched on) and basically 'take over' that computer. This will give the user / consultant full access to the QuickTrav functionality that has been setup
on the office-based computer.

Backup Manager - Product Information

QuickTrav Backup Manager is available to QuickTrav users free of charge. This module backs up all QuickTrav programs and other specified applications at the same time, and allows users to continue working (if necessary) during the backup process.

The backup module can be run manually or can be run automatically on a regular and unattended basis (e.g. every evening) with email confirmation. The backup zip files can be written to any workstation, server hard drive, or to removable memory stick drives and can also optionally be emailed (if within certain size limits).
