OB Taxes

We have made changes to both Frontdesk and Invoicing to accommodate credit card fees being charged by the Lufthansa Group, i.e. Austrian, BMI, Swiss Airlines and Lufthansa.

Both versions have been uploaded to our upgrades page.

Note: Galileo users must contact Galileo to activate the inclusion of the A27 section in the MIR as well.  Advise of the ticket printer ID (PCC)
